Arulnidhi's love interest Pranitha ?
After earning rave reviews for her performance in Kannada and Telugu movies, actress Pranitha is all set to reveal her beach beauty avatar in her upcoming Tamil film Udhayan.
Udhayan, a musical love story, tries to redefine ‘love at first sight.'
She stars opposite actor Arulnidhi, grandson of DMK supremo M Karunanidhi.
Pranitha plays Arulnidhi's love interest.
Chaplin, who has assisted well-known Tamil directors Dharani and Karu Pazhaniappan, is debuting as director in Udhayan.
Chaplin feels that Udhayan is the perfect film to begin his career with.
Chaplin has said the movie has been shot in the digital format in just 69 days. Actress Pranitha had impressed the audience with her performance in Kannada movie Porki, a remake of Pokiri. Though her Tollywood break Bava failed to make a mark at the box office, she earned a good offer to work opposite Arulnidhi in Udhayan.
Reports suggests she grabbed the opportunity keeping in mind that if the film clicks, it will open a window of opportunities for her in Tamil cinema. Mani Kanth Kadri's music is another highlight of the movie. After her first lip-lock with actor Siddharth in Bava, Pranitha has made it clear that she is open to kissing scenes.
